Environmental artwork by Eeva Kaisa and Timo Berry (BOTH) will use flowering bulbs to convey encouraging messages that will bring enjoyment to Turku residents. The artists have planted flower bulbs in selected areas around the city together with city residents to create messages that will become visible during the spring of 2011.
