Turku 2011 Programme compiled as a book

Finalised Turku 2011 programme includes a total of 155 projects. There will be thousands of individual events during the year. The entire Turku 2011 Programme is available as a programme book.

The book can be bought at the 2011 Corner, e-shop or be read as an electronic version.

The book provides a general introduction to all projects that are divided into various categories. Individual events can also be easily discovered with the online search tools. In addition, the Turku 2011 Foundation publishes the 2011 Magazine that takes a closer look to programme events and the people behind the programme. During 2011, a calendar listing upcoming events will also be distributed around the Turku city centre area.

The Capital of Culture year programme is a wide and diverse entity. Every three out of four projects were selected based on an open project application. The Turku 2011 Programme will offer both major public events and performances as well as small and intimate activities to do things together and build community spirit.
