Signmark is a sign-language rap artist who started his career in music as a child by translating well-known Christmas carols into sign language. His breakthrough was made in the Eurovision elimination rounds in 2008. Signmark has subsequently appeared in more than thirty countries, and he has released two albums. Signmark also does work as a special representative of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Finland, carrying the message of equality to the world’s human-rights forums.
A professional in silence creates rhymes using sign language

BLACKMARKET by Hannah Hurtzig (Mobile Academy Berlin) is a performance and an installation with 52 experts in which narrative formats of knowledge mediation will be tried out and presented. BLACKMARKET has been successfully organised all over Europe 13 times before, including Berlin, Warsaw, Tel Aviv, Istanbul, Liverpool, Graz, Vienna and Dresden. The event is recreated anew for each venue with new themes and in cooperation with local experts.
