This Sunday 8.5.2011, on Mother's Day, it has been 91 years since the birth of Touko Laaksonen (Tom of Finland 1920-1991).

Invite your mother to a unique experience at the Logomo exhibition centre! We'll serve birthday cake at the Sis Deli café starting 12 pm (limited amount). 

Join also the guided exhibition tour with the researcher Kati Mustola, in Swedish at 11.30 and Finnish 12.30.

Many people will be surprised to learn that arguably the most internationally acclaimed Finnish artist comes from Kaarina, a neighbouring town to Turku. Now, Tom of Finland alias Touko Laaksonen (1920-1991) is coming home!
