The reflections of Sacred and Evil – photography workshop

In the workshop the participants will submerge to the value coloured everyday life by photographing. Besides the Studia Generalia lecture series and the city walks, themes of holy and evil are acquainted with two intensive weekends in 23–25 September and 12–13 November.


During the workshop the participants will produce a series of photos that represent their individual spaces of the Sacred and Evil. At the end of the workshop a collaborative exhibition will be assembled. You can execute series also in pairs or in a small group i.e. family. In that case there will be only one course fee. A maximum of 15 participants or small groups.

Instructors of the workshops are Nina Kokkinen, photographer and MA researcher in religious studies and Paula Väinämö, artist experienced in community art projects.
