We know the people of Turku... Or do we? The Turku identity will finally be revealed to the general public with the People of Turku exhibition at the Serlachius Museum.
The interactive and experiential travelling exhibition will present the City of Turku and its people to the rest of Finland.
This humorously mischievous exhibition will tell the story of “the Turku tribe” using an anthropologists approach, introducing the tribe’s habits and culture.
The exhibition will expand as the audiences from the host cities are given the opportunity to share their thoughts on Turku and the people of Turku. The videotaped testimonials will provide audiences in Turku with the chance to find out what other Finns think of them during the summer of 2011.
